how i do maths i do it like this 8x6=48
8+8=16
8+8=16 16+16=32+16=48
8+8=16
this is what i do when there is a hard question i do this let me do a 2nd eizampall
9x8=81
9+9=18
9+9=18
18+18=36
9+9=18
9+9=18
18+18=36
36+36=72+9=81!
there you have it

I like how you have broken the example into repeated addition.
